Delivery Information

WE DELIVER AUSTRALIA WIDE  

Order by 12 noon for same day dispatch.

Delivery cost is $14.95 flat rate Australia wide to one address, no matter which hamper you choose and if you have more then one going to same address, it is still $14.95*

*This does not apply to larger corporate orders, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will give you best price for your shipping.

How long does it take to delivery hamper?

Delivery Monday to Friday only.  Unfortunately we are not able to deliver on weekends or public holidays.  Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. We use Fastway and Australia Post depending on location.

Wrong address?

If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the gift box, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we need to redeliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge and delivery delays.

Delivery of your hamper

We are aware that every gift delivery is special. To help with a smooth gift delivery, at ‘Checkout’ you have an opportunity to leave us a comment in the ‘Order Notes’ field, so please let us know anything that will help the delivery person get the delivery safely and on time to your recipient, such as if the delivery is OK to be left at the door etc.

Sending gift boxes to a business address

Please let us know if we should deliver to Reception or Delivery Dock etc. Also include floor and department if a large corporation. Please be sure the company will allow personal deliveries to be received.

Special Event Delivery
Delivery often take longer at these peak times so give yourself plenty of time from ordering to delivery date as couriers/postal service are extremely business and do not guarantee delivery turnarounds.
  • Christmas peak period: 8 - 24th December 2017 *cannot guarantee delivery time 
  • Valentine’s Day period: 13 - 14th February 2017 *we do not deliver on the weekend
  • Easter Long Weekend: 3rd - 6th April 2017
  • Mother’s Day period: 6 - 10th May 2017
  • Father’s Day period: 29 August – 4th September 2017

Christmas Deliveries

Christmas is always an extremely busy period for us and courier companies, so please be aware extra time should be allowed to accommodate for any potential delivery delays during this peak period. Order early to avoid delays. Cut-off periods do apply for Christmas hampers as advised by our courier companies.  We do our very best to ensure prompt delivery of your hamper, however we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control that may result in delays. The following are cut-off dates for Christmas:

  • WA and NT - orders must be placed by Thursday, 5th December
  • Cairns, Townsville and TAS - orders must be placed by 11th December
  • Greater NSW - orders must be placed by 18th December
  • Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast (QLD), Adelaide (SA), Bendigo, Geelong (VIC) - orders must be placed by Wednesday, 18th December
  • Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Canberra, Albury, Wodonga (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane, Gold coast (QLD) - orders must be placed by 20th December
  • Sydney - orders must be placed by  20rd December
Can I have more than one gift box delivered to the same delivery address?

Where do you deliver?
  • Australia and New Zealand
Please contact us to quote delivery cost for New Zealand. Note the hamper cannot contain alcohol, liquids or food. We can substituted these for other items.
  • International - delivery to another country? Please call us and we will see if we can help.
Can hampers be boxed together?

Yes. Please let us know if you want the different boxes combined, as we will tie and bow them up so that they look gorgeous. But if they are for different people, also just make a comment and we will dispatch together but tie and bow them separately. Make a comment in the 'Comments' in the ‘checkout’ process.

Can hampers be delivered on a specific day?

Orders can be made in advance so that your delivery happens on a specific date. Please add details in 'Comments' at checkout. Every effort will be made to ensure delivery happens when you want, but understandably, sometimes matters with postal/courier services are out of our control.  Unfortunately we do not control the delivery companies and cannot guarantee a delivery date.
